We pro-rate our services up to the 15th of the month. We charge all customers on the 25th of each month. If you order services after the 15th of the month then your initial bill will have the next month added to it.
Example: You signed up for a service on June 16tth. You would have the prorated amount from June 16 - June 25 plus the full amount of June 25 - July 25.
If you order before the 15th, then you just get the pro-rated amount, and will be charged the rest on the next month (July 25th) in this case.
